PKR65 Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("the Player") and pkr65 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the pkr65 website and all services available through it, including casino games, sports betting, promotions and account management features.

By accessing or using any part of the pkr65 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you have provided during registration is accurate and complete, and that you are using the platform entirely of your own free will for entertainment purposes.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players. In the event of any ambiguity, the plain meaning of the English text as understood by a reasonable person familiar with the Pakistan online gaming context shall apply. PKR65 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration

To use the pkr65 platform you must register an account by providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number , and a valid email address. You must ensure all registration details are truthful and kept up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Each player is permitted to hold one pkr65 account only. If you already have an existing account, you must not register a new one.
• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PKR65 may request documentation to verify your age at any point.
• Your account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• PKR65 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent time before processing a withdrawal.
• Accounts that fail to pass verification may be suspended until the required documents are provided. PKR65 will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pkr65 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods natively: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the time of deposit in your account dashboard.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• PKR65 does not charge conversion fees on PKR deposits made through supported local payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your pkr65 balance once confirmed by the payment provider. PKR65 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment network or your bank.
• PKR65 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits which may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your game balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• PKR65 may request proof of payment method ownership as part of the verification process before processing a withdrawal against a deposit.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name you used to register your pkr65 account. PKR65 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period. Standard accounts receive prompt processing; higher VIP tier accounts (Diamond, Elite) benefit from priority and express queues.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• PKR65 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks, including source of funds checks where applicable.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus. Winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• If a withdrawal request is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or a breach of these Terms, pkr65 reserves the right to void the withdrawal and close the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR65 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a welcome bonus for new players, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, PSL cricket match-day free bets, fish games jackpot boosts and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to the individual terms stated for each promotion.

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, validity period and eligible games list. These are clearly stated in the promotions section of your account dashboard.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses are issued to verified accounts only. PKR65 reserves the right to withhold bonus activation until identity verification is complete.
• A player may not hold more than one active bonus of the same type simultaneously unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• PKR65 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will have their existing terms honoured.
• Creating multiple accounts or using shared payment methods to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed and bonus balances forfeited.
• Free bet credits issued as part of a sports betting promotion (including PSL match-day offers) are subject to the odds and market restrictions stated in the individual promotion terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game play on pkr65 are subject to the rules of the individual game or betting market. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules. Game results and betting outcomes are final once the relevant event has concluded or the game round has ended.

• Slot game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The published RTP of each game is available in the game information panel.
• Fish game prizes are determined by the game's internal mechanics and jackpot trigger conditions as defined by the game provider.
• Live casino results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. The video feed is the official record in the event of a dispute.
• Sports betting odds are set at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. In-play betting odds may fluctuate rapidly and the odds confirmed at acceptance are final.
• PSL, T20 international and other cricket markets are settled in line with the official match result. In the event of a match being abandoned, void bets are returned as stake.
• Football, esports and other markets are settled per the rules stated in the relevant betting market information at the time of placement.
• PKR65 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error or data feed fault.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market and are displayed within the game or betting interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr65 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with pkr65 games or betting markets in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or the platform to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported immediately and will be voided if not reported.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in live casino games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using pkr65 for any financial crime.
• Abusing the bonus system by opening multiple accounts, using shared payment details or other coordinated methods to claim multiple bonuses.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape or copy any part of the pkr65 platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

PKR65 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, suspected fraud or bonus abuse, and player-requested self-exclusion.

• If your account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real money and bonus balance — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach (for example, at your own request or due to a platform decision unrelated to your conduct), any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools will have their account access restricted for the period they selected. Requests to reactivate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends will not be accepted.
• PKR65 may temporarily restrict account withdrawals pending completion of a security or verification review. Temporary restrictions do not constitute account closure and are lifted once the review is complete.

9 Privacy & Data

• Personal data collected during registration and verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the support team. Requests for deletion are subject to legal data retention obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.

• PKR65 is not liable for any loss of PKR balance, missed betting opportunities or other losses arising from platform downtime, game errors or connectivity issues that are beyond our direct control.
• PKR65 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect game result, jackpot display or bet confirmation, pkr65 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the player's balance to the state prior to the error.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

PKR65 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We may also notify registered players of material changes via the contact details held on their account.

Continued use of the pkr65 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon account closure where no breach of Terms is involved.
